The referral process is designed to be simple, supportive, and focused on helping individuals remain connected to movement safely throughout the cancer journey.

Currently, referrals are coordinated directly through The Exercise Oncology Collective in Nelson/Tasman.

As the Collective develops over time, the long-term vision is to improve access to exercise oncology support pathways throughout New Zealand.
